Bas 8 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all use of services on the Bas 8 platform. By registering with Bas 8 or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read the entire document carefully before proceeding.

3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Bas 8. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Bas 8 may request a copy of your national ID, birth certificate, or passport at any time for age verification purposes.

If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and all transactions made on that account will be declared void.

4 Deposits & Payments

Bas 8 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Only use payment methods registered in your name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Make sure you enter the correct amount when making a deposit — if an incorrect amount is deposited, please contact support.
• Bas 8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from Bas 8 is subject to certain conditions. All withdrawal processes are handled transparently and fairly.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (may vary by loyalty tier).
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to its associated terms and conditions.
• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of ×8 to ×15.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must have odds of at least 1.50.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to hedge bets or abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

7 Betting Rules

There are a few general rules that apply to all bets placed on Bas 8. These rules are the same for every user.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Bas 8 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00.
• If there is suspicion of match-fixing or unfair advantage, Bas 8 may withhold payment on the relevant bet pending an investigation.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bas 8. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's personal information.
• Using a third-party payment method.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bas 8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances, without prior notice.

• In cases of violation of the terms and conditions.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• In cases of unverified identity or submission of false information.
• Where there is reason to suspect the account holder is a minor.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bas 8 platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain the highest standards, liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Bas 8 is not responsible for bets cancelled due to internet connectivity issues.
• Bas 8's liability for third-party payment gateway issues is limited.
• Bas 8 does not offer compensation for financial losses incurred through betting.
• Users are responsible for any harm resulting from unauthorized third-party access to their account.
